During ordinary visits, our hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device and requested page in order to deliver and secure the website.

If you consent to analytics, we record randomly generated visitor and session identifiers, visited pages, clicks, scroll depth, active time, device type, referring website and approximate country. The information is not used to build personal profiles.

When you contact Ana2mi by phone or email, Ana2mi processes your contact details, any company affiliation and the content of your enquiry. Do not send patient information or other special-category personal data by ordinary email.

Technical information is processed for secure and stable operation based on Ana2mi's legitimate interest in providing a functioning website. Enquiries are processed to respond to you, provide product guidance and follow up a potential or existing customer relationship.

Optional analytics are only processed on the basis of consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

The website uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for its database and product-document access control. Email enquiries are also processed by Ana2mi's email provider. Providers only process information on behalf of Ana2mi and where necessary for the service.

Access to protected documents expires after 30 days. Other information is retained only for as long as needed for operation, security, follow-up of the enquiry or statutory obligations.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing where data protection law gives you that right. You may also withdraw consent and complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
