AnderMed’s disposable syringes for syringe pumps are designed to provide stable and accurate infusion in clinical practice. The consistent inner diameter ensures precise flow rates and predictable pump performance, supporting safe treatment with reduced risk of deviations. The syringes are sterile, pyrogen‑free, and manufactured from medically approved materials. All models are CE‑marked, classified as Class IIa, and comply with all relevant ISO standards – including ISO 7886‑2, which specifies requirements for syringes used with syringe pumps. The syringes have high consistency in inner diameter across batches, ensuring very stable and accurate infusion. Short‑term deviation is exceptionally low, and the requirement for syringe pumps specifies a maximum difference of ±2% between actual and set infusion rate, with stable flow achieved within 10 minutes at 1 mL/h.
Standardized Luer‑lock and conical connectors ensure a safe and secure connection to infusion equipment. Documentation shows that the syringes comply with ISO 80369‑7, the standard for small‑bore medical connectors used in infusion systems.
The syringes are sterilized with ethylene oxide (EO) and are both sterile and pyrogen‑free. They are supplied in medical‑grade PP/PE film and dialysis paper (TDS). The markings on the syringes are clear and easy to identify.

Manufactured from polypropylene (PP) with a plunger made of polyisoprene synthetic rubber. The syringes withstand 200 kPa of pressure.
Classified as Class IIa under MDR 2017/745, with conformity assessment performed by TÜV Rheinland. The syringes meet a broad set of standards, including EN ISO 7886‑2, the EN ISO 10993 series, EN ISO 11607, EN ISO 80369‑1/7, and ISO 15223‑1:2021/A1:2025.
Maximum use time is 24 hours, and the syringes are single‑use products that must be discarded after use to reduce infection risk. They are suitable for both pediatric and adult patients.
Documented 5‑year shelf life, with storage requirements specifying dry, ventilated conditions free from corrosive gases.
Delivered in sterile medical packaging, with the syringe placed in a form‑shaped plastic cavity sealed with medical paper (blister), PE bags, or bulk. Larger models (20, 50, and 60 mL) are supplied in multipacks of 25–50 units, and shelf cartons of 300–600 units.
